Payment
Bank transfer against invoice. All prices on the site are in UAH incl. VAT; we are a VAT payer, so the amount payable for VAT payers is the price shown. The site shows the standard-terms price (supply from stock). For customers who have agreed a pre-order with prepayment, we open separate terms with a lower price — after registration and agreement with your manager.
Buyers from Poland and other EU countries: the supply is processed as an export, so the price excl. VAT applies. Payment and delivery terms are agreed individually with your manager.
Delivery
Delivery within Ukraine by Nova Poshta at the carrier's rates, paid by the recipient. The cost depends on weight and volume; we estimate it together with the invoice.
FAQ
Can I order less than UAH 10,000? No, this is the minimum order value.
Can I change an order after confirmation? Items from a confirmed order are already in production, so changes are possible only before confirmation.
How do I track my goods? After shipment from the manufacturer we advise the estimated arrival date at our warehouse; after dispatch by Nova Poshta we send the waybill number.
Do I need a contract? A separate contract is not required: orders on the site are placed under the public offer agreement. An individual supply contract can be signed on request.
