PetsHub is an importer and distributor of pet supplies for retail chains: toys, bowls and feeders, drinkers, beds, scratchers, collars and leashes, dog clothing, grooming. We supply not an "assorted mix" but a category that keeps the shelf full and does not freeze your money in stock. We work with companies and registered sole traders only.

Why you can trust us

We have worked with retail chains for over 10 years and know how a chain's shelf works from the inside: planograms, assortment matrices, replenishment, promo calendars, penalties for short deliveries, and what happens to a category when a supplier fails the season. We import directly from manufacturers in different countries, build supply chains and manage product matrices. We have been operating on the European market for over 3 years. Pet supplies are a new line of the same team, with the same documents, accounting and logistics.

How we work

Orders go directly to the manufacturer: you choose items on the site, we confirm the order, and it joins the next delivery to our warehouse in Ivano-Frankivsk – no need to wait for a separate shipment, deliveries from manufacturers are regular. The lead time is shown on the product card, usually up to 99 days, so the season is planned ahead: spring–summer orders (beds, cooling mats, collars and leashes) are collected until mid-November, autumn–winter (clothing, warm beds) until early June, and the New Year season until the end of July. Payment terms are agreed individually; retail chains may get deferred payment under a supply contract.

Each colour is a separate article and the quantity per carton is shown on the card, so you order exactly what you will sell, with no colour mix. Every unit is labelled in accordance with Ukrainian law (name, material, manufacturer and importer, country of origin), and the transport packaging carries everything your warehouse needs: barcode, article number, quantity per carton. The site shows two prices – incl. VAT and excl. VAT – both visible without registration. Minimum order: UAH 10,000.

For owners and category managers

The first step is a free analysis of your pet category based on your data: what sells, what is stuck, what to replace and how much money is frozen in stock. All we need is a sales and stock export by store for the last 12 months – we will suggest the format, and if you do not have such a data structure yet, we will help you build it. Then we assist your category manager, and once the agreed targets are reached – shelf margin, stock turnover and availability – we take the category under management. The analytics are powered by our partner F7M: AI integrations that recalculate replenishment per store, the season forecast and the clearance list every week. What you get:

  • the shelf is always full – replenishment is calculated per store, not "on average across the chain";
  • the season is planned ahead – demand and supply forecast with no empty shelf at the peak and no surplus after it;
  • stock does not get stuck – ABC analysis per store, clearance of slow movers, promo plan and review of results by turnover and margin;
  • plus new-item search with a pilot in several stores, competitor price monitoring with a recommended retail price, and a weekly report for the category manager: shelf, sales, stock, action plan for the week.
